Organise the assembly
For a replacement or new installation, record component positions, specified seals and access to the connections. Laying out the parts in order before starting makes it easier to check the contents and routing. Threads and push-fit connections must be engaged without force.
Model-specific distinguishing data
For the gutter connection kit with tank filter (ref. DIV-018-43), the product sheet states in particular Filter screen for leaves and objects, easily removable for cleaning; Dual summer/winter position: Sun visible: OPEN, Snowflake: CLOSED; Sun visible: OPEN. These data define this model and must remain linked when replacing or reordering it.
Model-specific distinguishing data
When preparing a replenishment order, note Snowflake: CLOSED; Adaptability: Suitable for different diameters and square downpipes from 70 to 100 mm; Hose included: Connects the tank close to the gutter downpipe. These details identify the gutter connection kit with tank filter without treating a property observed only on another model as certain.
Check each interface one by one
Reference DIV-018-43 is distinguished in particular by the following points to check: the threads, diameters, connection orientations and outlets of the components concerned. Each connection in the kit must match the existing installation. A single different interface can prevent assembly even when the rest of the kit appears suitable.
Make part replacement easier
Before selecting this product, compare the kit reference and the references of the stated replaceable parts with the actual requirement. When the product sheet lists component references, keeping them makes maintenance easier. This traceability avoids rebuilding the assembly from approximations.
