Solution for easy storage and filling of big bags

The support consists of an upper frame, 2 to 4 supports and a base, for storing and handling flexible containers. The fixed supports have a stackable base, a steel structure and 4 stanchions where the big bags are suspended. All you have to do is hook the handles of the big bags onto the stanchions provided!

This system keeps the big bags open and stable, making them easy to fill and empty quickly, either manually or using filling equipment. Suspending the big bags optimises filling by avoiding retention zones and keeping the fabric taut, unlike a big bag placed on a pallet. In addition, this method prevents any risk of tipping over during handling, thus improving safety.

The structure is easy to dismantle before and after each use. It is designed to be moved easily with forklifts or pallet trucks. Some of the supports are stackable, creating a vertical storage area with a stacking capacity of three big bags high.

(The open base facilitates the use of 80x120cm pallets or other to evacuate the full big bag. The closed base allows pallets or other materials to be used to remove the full big bag with a forklift truck).
