Shipping Fees

Once your cart is complete, you can calculate your shipping fees before payment. Please log in with your account (or create one) and provide the destination (if multiple addresses) at step 2.

At step 3, "Shipping Method," choose the carrier.

Only at this point will the displayed price reflect the available carriers.

Delivery in France

Entering complete delivery details, including address, phone number, and email, ensures your order arrives as quickly as possible.

France Express

Your order is prepared as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your package is delivered Monday through Friday (no Saturday delivery) by a local France Express agency within 24 hours on business days for orders confirmed before 9:00 AM.

Orders placed after 9:00 AM will be shipped the next business day.

To guarantee delivery, please ensure you are present at the selected address the following day. If you are not present for the delivery or if the address is incomplete, a redelivery fee of €37.32 (including tax) will be charged.

Colissimo France

Your order is prepared as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your package is handed over to the post office from Monday to Friday. Orders are shipped within two business days after being placed (excluding express delivery).

With the Colissimo interface, choose from three delivery options that best suit you:
• To your home or any address of your choice
• To one of the 10,000 post offices
• To a partner retailer within the network

Your package is delivered by the post office within an estimated 3 to 7 business days. If the package doesn't fit in your mailbox, a delivery notice will be left, indicating the post office where you can collect your package. You have 15 consecutive days to pick it up. After this period, the package will be returned to us.

Colissimo Overseas

This service handles the shipment of goods not exceeding 20 kg to French overseas departments and territories. No specific delivery time frame can be provided.

Shipment via freight carrier (Kuehne + Nagel or DB Schenker)

Your order is prepared as soon as your payment is confirmed. Your package or pallet is handed over from Monday to Friday late in the morning. Orders are shipped within two business days after being placed (excluding express delivery). Since volume is limited to 4 cubic meters, we may need to make several separate shipments over a week.

If you are unavailable on the day of delivery, the carrier will contact us, and we will get in touch with you promptly. The delivery will then be rescheduled for the following day, subject to your confirmed availability.

Frequently Asked Questions - Delivery

What should I do if my package is damaged (severely damaged or opened packaging)?

Never accept a damaged package (severely damaged or opened packaging). In any case, write "damaged and refused package" on the receipt.
Please send us photos proving the issue. Without this, we cannot assist you.

Is it possible to deliver the order to an address different from the billing address?

It is indeed possible to have your order delivered to a different address than the billing address. When placing your order, make sure to choose a delivery address (parents, office, neighbors...) where someone can receive your order during business hours.
You can save different delivery addresses in your personal account/client area.

What happens if no one is present during the Colissimo delivery?

If no one is present at the specified address during delivery, the postman will return the next day. If the package cannot be delivered after two attempts, it will be deposited at the nearest post office to the delivery address, and the postman will leave a notice in your mailbox.

Is it possible to choose a specific time for the package delivery?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to choose a specific delivery time.
Parcels to France are dispatched via Colissimo or Kuehne + Nagel or DB Schenker, so the parcel will be delivered in an optimized route.
