Description

Identification details

The check can start with the “Kit includes” section. For the Ø 25 mm gun kit, this detail must remain unchanged in internal documentation to make future comparisons easier.

Make part replacement easier

The Ø 25 mm gun kit must be checked by examining the kit reference and the references of the stated replaceable parts. When the product sheet lists component references, keeping them makes maintenance easier. This traceability avoids rebuilding the assembly from approximations.

Check the completed assembly

When preparing the assembly or use, examine the alignment, security of the fittings and absence of leakage or unusual play. After assembly, each connection must be checked using the procedure appropriate to the installation. A fault at any one joint must be addressed before regular use.

Prepare the assembly sequence

For ref. DIV-050-1, laying out the parts in order before starting makes it easier to check the contents and routing. Before use, compare component positions, specified seals and access to the connections with the actual requirement. Threads and push-fit connections must be engaged without force.

Details specific to this reference

For the Ø 25 mm gun kit, several details are explicitly stated: 25 mm diameter gun; 6 m reinforced PVC hose; Tank fitting compatible with an S60x6 valve. Keep them with ref. DIV-050-1 so that specifications from another item in the range are not applied by analogy.
