Includes:
Connection: Female 2" S60x6
Details specific to this reference
The information specific to the straight barbed IBC fitting 3/4" 19 mm must be read together: DIV-030: 3/4 threaded female polyethylene IBC fitting; DIV-030-01: Black 3/4" O-ring; DIV-037: Male 3/4 BSP threaded fitting with 17 mm tapered barbed outlet for tank. Reference DIV-017 links these technical data to the stocked product and the intended use.
Details specific to this reference
When preparing a replenishment order, note Includes; Connection: Female 2" S60x6. These details identify the straight barbed IBC fitting 3/4" 19 mm without treating a property observed only on another model as certain.
Distinguish inlet from outlet
For ref. DIV-017, a fitting is selected by considering its two sides separately. Before use, compare the diameter, thread type, male or female orientation and outlet shape with the actual requirement. A single different dimension can prevent assembly even when the parts look similar.
Record the relevant dimensions
For the straight barbed IBC fitting 3/4" 19 mm, use the values in millimetres or inches, thread pitch and connection geometry as key checks. The dimensions stated on the product sheet take priority over the part's general appearance. Do not assume equivalence when a technical specification differs.
Prepare the seating surfaces
When preparing the assembly or use, examine the threads, seating surfaces and locations intended for a seal where one is provided. Contact surfaces must be clean before installation. Extra tightening cannot compensate for an incorrect thread or unsuitable diameter.
