Strapping or tensioning tool for 25 or 32 mm strapping
Compatibility: PP, textile and composite strapping
Organise the tensioning process
Consider the feed direction, width and position of the components before tensioning together when checking the reference. The strapping and any closure must be installed using the method intended for the tool. An improvised adaptation must not replace the workstation procedure.
Match the tool to the strapping
When preparing the assembly or use, examine the strapping width, material family and type of closure used. A gripper or tensioner operates within a defined width range. A width outside that range may prevent correct guidance or tensioning of the strapping.
Identify the tool at the workstation
The tool reference and its compatibility range must remain available. For this reference, check the accepted widths, strapping families and type of closure. This information prevents use of a similar tool intended for another system.
What this product page states
The information specific to the strapping or tensioning tool for 25 or 32 mm strapping must be read together: Compatibility: PP, textile and composite strapping. Reference CER-801 links these technical data to the stocked product and the intended use.
Model-specific distinguishing data
The check can start with Compatibility: PP, textile and composite strapping. For the strapping or tensioning tool for 25 or 32 mm strapping, this detail must remain unchanged in internal documentation to make future comparisons easier.
