Composition: 9 black strands + 1 white strand
Ref. CER-003 is identified first by its twine made of nine black strands and one white strand. The reel is stated as 400 m long and 10 kg, with central unwinding. These details clearly distinguish it from twines with fewer strands or a different length.
Strength specific to this reel
The published value is 1 250 Kgf minimum and the product sheet states 1% anti-UV protection. These data describe consumable CER-003; they must not be applied to a different twine composition even if the reel weight or unwinding method is identical.
Prepare smooth centre-unwinding
Position the reel so the twine pays out as specified, without knots or rubbing against an edge. Inspect the section to be used before installation: a cut strand or marked area must be discarded rather than compensated for with additional tension.
Maintain consumable traceability at the workstation
For replenishment, keep CER-003, the 9 + 1 composition, 400 m length and stated strength together. The white strand can help identification, but it does not replace reading all the reel specifications.
