This privacy policy applies to any processing of personal data concerning you by CONTAINERS SERVICE, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of 200,000 euros, registered with the RCS on 11-08-1999, with headquarters located at 13, rue Louis Saillant, VAULX-EN-VELIN (69120) (referred to hereafter as "CONTAINERS SERVICE").

If you do not provide the requested data, CONTAINERS SERVICE will not be able to respond to your request, validate and execute your order, supply the requested products and services, or fulfill the contract with you. CONTAINERS SERVICE does not require any information or so-called “sensitive” personal data within the context of your contractual or commercial relationship.
Any additional information not directly required for the execution of your contractual or commercial relationship with CONTAINERS SERVICE can only be collected if you have expressly consented to its collection and processing, or if CONTAINERS SERVICE has a legitimate interest in collecting it. CONTAINERS SERVICE commits to informing you of any measures taken in response to your request within a maximum period of one (1) month from receipt, which may be extended by two (2) months in case of complexity or volume of requests.
