A cover designed for pallet boxes
Ref. HOU-004 is specified in a 125 x 100 x 270 cm format and the product sheet presents it for 120 x 100 x 240 cm pallet boxes. Its film is stated as 70 µ. These dimensions must remain the primary reference because this cover is not intended for the same container as the drum models.
Retain the information specific to HOU-004
The product sheet associates this reference with a capacity of 3 375 L, food-grade quality without certificate, anti-UV treatment and a leak-tight specification. These details are specific to the model and must not be generalised to all LDPE covers in the range.
Deploy the large format without snagging the film
Before installation, check the corners and protruding areas of the pallet box. The film must be able to slide down over the intended volume without being pulled across an edge. Any visible perforation or tear must be identified before handling or storage.
Clearly identify stock
Keep ref. HOU-004, the 125 x 100 x 270 cm format and the 70 µ thickness together. This identification prevents confusion with protection of similar dimensions intended for another container, or with a reference whose UV and food-grade statements differ.
